Now that you know just how important the Relic card is, letโs dive deeper into the mechanics!
How does Relic cards work?
All Relic cards have the same initial stat, and it is up to you to upgrade them through enchanting with a Tribute card to make a more powerful relic that boosts your token earnings. Since each type of Ruin requires different stats, it is best to prepare multiple Relic cards, each specialized in a specific stat. Relic cards are off-chain assets, but can be sealed and minted into NFTs.(Not available during the Beta Test.) At the start of a new season, all Relic cards from the previous season will be disabled. So make sure to seal and mint your best Relic cards at the end of the season!
Upon purchasing the season pass, you will be receiving a free Relic card. Please note that this Relic card is classified as a "Season Pass Relic," meaning it can only be used in the Season Pass Ruin and will expire once the season ends. (It cannot be sealed or minted.)
Relic cards come with a range of different stats:
Damage, Critical, Gold, EXP: Boosts your Ruins Run score based on the stat relevant to each type of Ruin.
HP: 1 HP is consumed each time the Relic card is used at a Ruin. HP can be recovered with EGG.
Seal: Indicates the maximum number of times the Relic card can be sealed and minted into an NFT.
Enchant: Shows the current number of enchantments applied to the Relic card, along with the maximum enchantment limit.
