Installation, Execution, and Troubleshooting Guide
First, please refer to the minimum/recommended system requirements available through [Check EOS Gold System Requirements]. If you are playing the game with a guest account, information may be lost during reinstallation, so please make sure to link the account for safe game use.

If the System Requirements listed above are not met, you might face memory issues that can lead to app crashes or other usability problems.
If you are having trouble installing EOS Gold
ㆍCheck the Available Memory Space on Your Device If you don't have enough memory space to install Master of Knights on your device, it can be difficult to install the game. Delete unused applications or cookies to make room for installation and try again.
ㆍCheck Network(Wi-Fi / Cellular Data) Connection If the network is unstable during download, the game may not be installed properly. We recommend that you try to install the game in a stable network environment.
If the game is not running or connecting
The game may not run properly for various reasons such as errors occurring while updating the file.
ㆍCheck for error messages that pop up ㆍDelete unnecessary apps, data, and cache installed on your devices ㆍUpdate the OS version of your device to the latest version ㆍCheck your network environment(Wi-Fi and cellular data(4g, 5g LTE) reception status) ㆍRestart your device ㆍDelete the game completely and reinstall
If you are experiencing problems where the game stops or shuts down
If the game stops or shuts down abnormally during gameplay, it can be solved in the following ways. The guide written here may vary depending on the OS version or the device you use.
ㆍSecure Memory / Storage Space ① Close all applications running at the same time ② Task Manager → RAM → Memory Cleanup ③ Settings → Application Management → Select Unused Apps → Clear Data/Cache
ㆍDelete Cache Settings → Application Management → Select 'EOS Gold' App → Tap 'Delete Cache' or 'Clear Cache'
ㆍUnstable Network ① Check wireless network or Wi-Fi signal ② Turn off device and restart
ㆍClean Up Running Apps AOS : Settings → Device Care → Optimization → Completed iOS : Drag from Bottom to Middle → Push the App Up to close
Application Store updates cannot be found.
If the update button cannot be found like normal after searching for EOS Gold in the Store, it may be because the game is being distributed, so please wait a little longer and refer to the following.
ㆍGoogle Play Store ① Google Play Store Menu → My Apps/Games → Check EOS Gold Update Button ② App Management → Google Play Store → Delete Cache and Retry
ㆍApp Store ① App Store → Search EOS Gold and install update ② Refresh and Restart the Device
How to refresh : Go to the update screen or My Account, touch the screen and drag it down
Account(Linking, Restoration, Deletion) Guide
If you play the game with a guest account, information may be lost in unexpected situations, so please make sure to link your account in order to play the game safely. Account linking supports: Google Play, Apple, and Facebook.
I am curious about the account linking method.
When you first start the game, you can select the account you want to use on the login screen. A game account is created and linked to the social account you selected, so please log in with the account you want.
If you start the game with a guest account, you can link the account through the following ways. On the top right corner, tap [Menu] → Settings → Info → Link Account → Select an account link method
When changing device or deleting the game, is my gameplay information also deleted?
If you've been playing the game with a guest account, you will not be able to recall your game account. If you have already linked your game account, you can connect to it even after changing the device or deleting the game.
I do not remember the ID and/or password of my linked social account.
EOS Gold does not keep personal information about your account, such as your ID and password. Please get support from the customer center of your linked account.
I would like to know how to delete my account.
In the upper right corner of the game, tap on [Menu] → Settings → Info → Delete Account
If you delete your account, game information will be deleted after a certain period of time, and recovery is not possible, so please proceed with caution.
