Friends

A system for conveniently inviting friends to parties, sending whispers, etc. You can send parcels to registered friends, and once registered in the friend system, you can send parcels to friends.

Maximum number of people per function | Max Friends: 40 | Max Watchlist: 20 | Max Blocked: 50

You can have up to 10 sent or received friend requests at a time. You can write notes for watchlist entries, and characters registered on the watchlist will display a watchlist indicator.
